About Cay Sao Beach
Located along Ham Ninh’s central-eastern coastline and a bit off-the-beaten track, Bai Cay Sao is a beach resort area that offers stunning jungle and beach scenery for those who seek it. It is a very romantic and wild area and at often times you will be the only visitors here.
Things to do
Besides planting yourself down at the beach you can visit the nearby Rock Garden eco attraction or trekking Ham Ninh mountain.
Planning your time
The best way to explore the beach and the surrounding area is via a motorbike. Staying at one of the areas few stunning boutique resorts is also an option, especially if you desire peace and want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Long Beach.
Combine a visit to Bai Cay Say with Ham Ninh Fishing Village – you get to enjoy a great seafood meal on top of the water and then explore the beautiful coastline. This should roughly take about 4-6 hrs.
Where to eat
Most of the restaurants in this region are located in Ham Ninh Commune however there are some unique local seafood places found along the coast. The resorts found here also have decent menu items as well.

For those indecisive visitors, there is a food court complex located on 88 Tran Hung Dao Street that features numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops.
